This fun boat is a exciting light weight day sailer/racer. So easy and simple to use. Launching and retrieving is a dream.
This boats former life was as a sail training boat. Will suit anyone new to sailing or the skilled sailer maybe graduating from the dinghy classes.
The Elliott 5.9 has an active class. Which provides info on set ups and advice on the class.
The boat and trailer has an overall towing weight of only780 kg. I use a small 2 litre car.
The trailer has been modified to extend 2 meters for use on shallow ramps.
